Sometimes it seems like you throw money into a "ministry black hole."

It makes sense that you want your investment to matter because that's the way you run the rest of your life - your business, your medical practice, your job in the trades. Whatever God has called you to do, you want it to matter and make a difference.

You desire more than the life of self-absorption you see celebrated around you in our culture. You want to be part of things that are significant, purposeful, and eternal.

The With Everything Men's Leadership Conference is partnering with Musana in Uganda, Africa to lead two weekend conferences for their male leaders. The conference dates are December 7/8 and 14/15, 2024. Since 2008 Musana has been working to build self-reliant, self-sustaining, and resilient communities through a faith-driven model that addresses social and community needs through education, health, and economic development.

Musana's Co-founder and Co-CEO, Haril Kazindra, attended With Everything in the fall of 2023 and saw the need to develop the principles from the weekend into the male leadership at Musana. It was the framework of the timeless truth of scripture of living with heart, soul, mind, and strength that he wanted to apply to these men. The application of being strong kings, lovers, sages, and warriors is timeless and cross-cultural, and Haril extended the invitation.

Haril invited a small team of Americans to partner with his leaders to bring the timeless truths and application of With Everything to the male community leaders of Musana. These are doctors, teachers, job trainers, and community development leaders are already making impact.

We will work alongside a team of Ugandan leaders to develop the other men.
We will leave them with personalized plans for their own growth and follow-up discussion material they will work through after we are gone.
We will lay the groundwork for ongoing work in years to come as the Ugandan men work to lead themselves in the ways of living with heart, soul, mind, and strength in their culture.

The details

The cost of the two day conference is $100 per attendee (including housing, food, conference materials, and follow-up group materials).

Our goal is to develop funds to send 100 men to these conferences (50 men at each of the 2 conferences). That's a total goal of $10,000 that will impact leaders to impact their communities.

The US Staff is either paying the own way or raising parntership support on their own.

Sherpa5280 is partnering with Musana pro bono, and covering its own costs.

Additionally, Sherpa has partnered with an incredibly generous investor who is contributing matching funds for every dollar invested.

That means every dollar given will be doubled! Now that's impact!

Musana is a US based 501(c)(3) and all partnering investments will go directly to them and are tax deductable.
